According to Fortune Small Business, New Zealand is the most friendly country to start a business, quickly followed by the United States (duh) and Canada (wuh?).

The ranking is based on the how many days it takes to official enlist your business, how many steps it takes and also the marginal tax rates. It’s surprising that Canada is listed so high up. With our high tax rates and highly bureaucratic government, you would never think Canada is so entrepreneurial!
